Factorial Campus is looking for a Founding Account Executive to launch our new AI Education business line in Spain. You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—with SDRs as the team grows.

We’re seeking an AI-obsessed, entrepreneurial B2B seller who can help win our first customers, validate our approach, and build the foundation for growth in Spain, with Europe in sight.

Formación

• Experience selling SaaS or education/training solutions.
• Ability to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Proven communication skills and ability to articulate a business case.

Responsabilidades

• Win our first customers: Prospect, discover, demo, negotiate and close.
• Build the sales motion: Test ICP, messaging, qualification criteria and process.
• Create pipeline: Use inbound, outbound, partnerships and other channels.
• Sell through value: Show how AI education drives business impact.
• Shape the offer: Turn feedback into insights for Campus, Marketing and Product teams.
• Use AI as a teammate: Delegate research, prep, follow-ups and reporting to AI.
