Factorial in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market to support and scale our Sales team to the next level. You will own end-to-end deal closing execution, provide C-Suite advisory, and manage revenue forecasting and pipeline for the Spanish market.

The role involves leading conversations with C-suite and stakeholders, collaborating with SDRs and product teams, and working from our Barcelona office with flexible remote options.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience closing deals.
• SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus.
• Native Spanish and professional English.
• Tech savvy with curiosity for digital innovation and how businesses evolve.

• Use consultative selling to uncover real pains, build tailored solutions and create urgency with confidence and integrity.
• Provide reliable and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership so customers feel the full power of Factorial behind them.

At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of Closing Deals, you'll be in charge of End-to-End Deal Closing Execution, C-Suite Advisory & Solution Selling, and Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management.

• Provide reliable and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership so customers feel the full power of Factorial behind them.
• Work mainly from our buzzing Barcelona office with flexibility to incorporate remote work in line with mutual needs.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for passion, drive and a spark of ambition. Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and building relationships.
• Minimum one year of experience closing deals. SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus.
• A real passion for sales. You care about the craft, the psychology and the challenge.
• Tech savvy with a strong curiosity for digital innovation and how businesses evolve.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to turn insights into compelling narratives.
• Confident using social selling, especially on LinkedIn and other modern sales tools.
• Analytical and detail oriented, with genuine respect for process, metrics and follow through.
• Comfortable owning forecasting and pipeline management and communicating around them.
• Native Spanish and professional English.

Bonus if you have

• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience in Sales or B2B within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
• Knowledge of qualification methodologies that nurture curiosity, urgency and intent.
