Job summary

Flyer One Ventures is seeking a Founders’ Associate to be the founders' right hand, handling hands-on operations and executive support as the team grows. You will organize calendars, travel, meetings, and prep, while developing repeatable processes that drive speed and clarity across the company.

The role blends logistics with strategic support, growing into Chief of Staff as the company scales, and requires exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a high-tempo environment with executive support to founders or similar roles.
• Strong organisation, discretion and ownership; calm under speed and ambiguity.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a process/systems mindset; ability to document repeatable processes.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the founders organised and their time protected — calendars, travel, meetings, inbox and prep.
• Design, document and run processes and systems the team relies on with repeatable structure.
• Run the operating rhythm — leadership meetings, goals/OKRs, reporting cadence, board/investor prep.
