Murphy AI in Barcelona is seeking a highly driven Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders on the company’s next strategic bets and business transformations. You own real outcomes end to end, shaping markets, models, and processes with outsized leverage.

As a founder’s right hand, you will size new opportunities, build financial models, and run research that informs critical decisions. You’ll influence the direction of growth and operations across multiple domains.

Responsabilidades

• Run high-stakes special projects such as fundraising or major strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and new opportunities and present findings.
• Turn strategy into shipped reality from thesis to live execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix operating frictions to enable growth.
• Deeply analyze problems and design robust, root-cause solutions.
