Job summary

MatchMatch is seeking a Founders’ Associate in Madrid to be the founders’ right hand, handling both practical and strategic work as the team scales. You’ll organize calendars, travel, meetings, and prep, and design repeatable processes to keep the company moving smoothly.

You’ll run leadership rhythm, support fundraising, hiring, and operations, and translate strategy into execution while maintaining high standards of communication in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a process / systems mindset.
• 3-6 years in a high-tempo environment — executive support to founders, startup operations, chief-of-staff, or top-tier consulting.
• Someone who operates at both the detail and the strategic level.
• Strong organisation, discretion and ownership; calm and resourceful in ambiguity and speed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluent Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the founders organised and their time protected — calendars, travel, meetings, inbox and prep, with nothing dropped.
• Design, document and run the processes and systems the team relies on — bringing repeatable structure and operational rigour to a fast-moving company.
• Run the operating rhythm — leadership meetings, goals / OKRs, reporting cadence, and board and investor prep.
• Drive the founders' highest-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end — fundraising support, hiring, operations — owning the details through to done.
• Turn strategy into execution: chase blockers, keep the org aligned, and follow through where others drop the ball.
• Prepare board decks, investor updates and internal communications to a high standard.
