Jobgether is seeking a Founders Associate based in Spain to work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to strategic decisions and day-to-day operations in a fully remote environment.

You will take ownership of high-impact projects across sales, operations, marketing, and business development, helping teams scale and optimize processes from day one. If you are entrepreneurial and proactive, this role offers autonomy and growth.

Qualifications
