Jobgether is seeking a Head of Sales – B2B for a partner-based role based in Spain, with a fully remote setup. You will shape the sales strategy, lead setters and closers, and drive revenue growth by building scalable processes and coaching talent.

You will work directly with the founder to implement growth plans, optimize conversion rates, and own commercial outcomes in a high-velocity environment with long-term potential.

Qualificações

• Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably in agencies, professional services or service-based businesses.
• Proven ability to build, develop and motivate a sales team.
• Strong closing skills and hands-on involvement in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial strategy and execution; build, lead and scale the sales team.
