Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill an Entrepreneur-in-Residence role based in Spain, with remote capacity across Europe. You will explore new markets, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives across financial services, banking, insurance, and telecommunications.

You will own high-impact projects from concept to execution, collaborating with product and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and roadmaps in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, business development, strategy, or consulting.
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into actionable initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and exploring new markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.
• Proactive, adaptable, entrepreneurial attitude with diverse responsibilities.
• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in at least one European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese preferred).
• Availability to work remotely from a European location.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while leading strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing and customer outreach.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to translate market insights into roadmap recommendations.
• Lead founder-level projects addressing strategic priorities and accelerate business development.
• Own initiatives from zero to one, from concept to validation, execution, and growth.
• Operate as a versatile generalist, taking on cross-functional initiatives as needs evolve.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
