Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fully remote role based in Spain. You will shape compelling content concepts to strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and drive marketing performance across organic and paid channels.

You will oversee the creative process from concept development to execution, write scripts for social content and campaigns, and collaborate with founders to guide strategy while continuously refining content based on KPI insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in creative strategy in a marketing agency or brand environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and emerging digital trends.
• Ability to identify high-performing content and translate successful approaches into compelling creative concepts.
• Experience developing scripts for organic social content, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve creative effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with understanding of audience behavior and motivations.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end creative process for leading brands across the DACH market.
• Developing innovative creative concepts and content strategies tailored to brand objectives and target audiences.
• Writing scripts for organic social media content, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with the founders to align creative initiatives with broader business and marketing strategies.
• Analyzing campaign KPIs and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously testing and optimizing creative assets, messaging, and formats to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Monitoring social media trends, emerging formats, and high-performing content to inform decisions.
• Contributing to the development of creative best practices and helping brands maintain a competitive edge across digital platforms.
