Em Sherif Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the restaurant floor and drive outstanding guest experiences. You will lead a front-of-house team, uphold luxury service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellence in guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills seen as a plus for local operations.

Formación

• Proven experience as Floor Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining / upscale restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong advantage.

Position: Floor Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Em Sherif's high standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:
