Smyth & Co busca un Operations Manager para un nuevo resort de lujo en Marbella. Supervisarás el lanzamiento y la operación de dos conceptos gastronómicos de alto nivel y liderarás al equipo para asegurar una experiencia excelente desde el primer día.

Se requiere experiencia en abrir y gestionar outlets de F&B, habilidades de liderazgo y visión comercial para mantener estándares y rentabilidad. Se valorará experiencia en hoteles o resorts de lujo y dominio del inglés; el español es una ventaja.

Formación

• Experiencia operativa en entornos de lujo (restaurantes, hoteles o resorts).
• Experiencia en apertura y gestión de múltiples outlets de F&B.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.
• Conciencia comercial y control de presupuestos, mano de obra y rentabilidad.
• Conocimiento del servicio de lujo y del mercado mediterráneo/español.
• Dominio del inglés; el español es muy ventajoso.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir el proceso de apertura y supervisar la operación continua de dos conceptos de restauración.
• Construir y desarrollar equipos, establecer estándares operativos y garantizar una experiencia de cliente excepcional desde el primer día.
• Gestionar recursos, presupuestos y KPIs para maximizar la rentabilidad y la calidad del servicio.

Smyth & Co is exclusively recruiting an exceptional Operations Manager for an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella’s leading resorts.

The successful candidate will oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinctive restaurant concepts: a premium grill restaurant and an elegant Mediterranean restaurant. Two further venues are planned to open within the same resort next year, making this a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development of a growing luxury hospitality operation.

We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants. You will lead the opening process, build and develop the teams, establish operational standards and ensure both venues deliver an exceptional guest experience from day one.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
• A strong track record of opening and managing multiple F&B outlets -must have
• Excellent leadership and team-development skills
• Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability
• A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
• Fluent English, with Spanish highly advantageous
