Cross Border Talents in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Customer Service Agent fluent in Catalan and Spanish to support banking clients on site. The role offers 08:00–16:00 shifts, an initial on-site training period and a transition to hybrid work after learning.

You will handle inquiries, record interactions, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Required: high school diploma (Bachillerato), strong communication and teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Formación

• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish (written and spoken).
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Willing to attend 25 days of mandatory on-site training in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Support banking customers in Catalan and Spanish.
• Answer customer enquiries, provide clear information and help resolve issues.
• Record customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work with your team to deliver a positive customer experience.
