Concentrix is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Finnish-speaking) in Malaga, offering a hybrid work setup. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding SMBs in adopting advanced cloud technologies and driving revenue growth through cross- and upselling.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT sales, familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce), and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Finnish and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 1–2 years’ IT sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and expanding the client portfolio.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to fulfill SMB needs and drive revenue growth across cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it as the Voice of the Customer.
