Concentrix in Málaga (Hybrid) is seeking a Sales Development Representative fluent in Finnish to join our Cloud Solutions team. You will be the first contact point for customers, nurture relationships, and guide cloud technology discussions to grow opportunities.

We value 1-2 years in IT sales or account management, experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and strong English skills. The role offers a base salary of 25,000€ gross/year plus a bonus up to 4,800€ and private

Qualifications

• Bilingual Finnish plus fluent in English.
• 1–2 years’ IT sales or sales/account management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and cultivating a portfolio of clients.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to fulfill SMB needs of leading cloud technologies and drive revenue growth.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
• Collect customer feedback and articulate it to the business as the 'Voice of customer'.
