Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Finnish-speaking professionals for an on-site customer support role in Sofia, Bulgaria. The position offers a fully paid relocation package, training, health insurance, and a monthly performance bonus within a multicultural, growth-focused team.

Candidates should be fluent in Finnish with strong English (B2+), excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Prior contact-center experience is welcome, but not required.

Formación

• Native or fluent Finnish language (spoken and written).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or above).
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records using CRM and ticketing systems per company protocols.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to resolve complex cases.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and identifying patterns.
• Adhere to quality standards and KPIs defined by management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies for Finnish customers.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Ensure language proficiency and professional conduct in all communications.
