Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Estonian-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will be the primary contact for Estonian-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and collaborating with international teams to improve support workflows.

This role requires native Estonian, strong English, and a willingness to relocate. We offer fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, a monthly salary, and a signing bonus.

Formación

• Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a professional customer-facing or support environment.
• Strong proficiency in English for inter-office collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with EU passport.
