The successful candidate will handle Irish and English inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high-quality service and first-contact resolution where possible.

Formación

• Native or fluent proficiency in Irish (spoken and written).
• Strong English communication skills for an international team.
• Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Irish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle enquiries and requests in Irish and English with empathy and accuracy.
• Log and update customer cases in CRM/ticketing systems with precise records.
• Collaborate with team leaders and QA to resolve complex issues.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain adherence to SLAs and KPIs across touchpoints.
• Participate in training and coaching to keep product knowledge current.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture in Sofia.
