La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel in Mallorca, invites a waiter to join the El Olivo, Miró, or Tramuntana Grill teams. You will deliver exemplary service and curate gastronomic experiences in a luxury setting, contributing to memorable guest moments.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fine dining or luxury hotels, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication skills. English proficiency (B2) is required; other languages are a plus. Staff housing and health benefits may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for perfect experiences by maintaining high cleanliness standards at all tables and spaces.
• Greet guests, present menus, and take orders to ensure outstanding service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver dishes and drinks on time and to specification.
• Interact with guests to create memorable moments and anticipate needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
