Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver in-room dining with precision, explain menus, and ensure a memorable guest experience aligned with MO standards.

You will maintain mise en place, handle orders courteously, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service for guests in a luxury setting on Mallorca.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in in-room dining or related hospitality role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-room dining service with attention to accuracy and speed.
• Maintain mise en place and service equipment for shifts.
• Take and deliver guest orders courteously and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Assist with payments and stock for in-room dining when required.
