La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel in Mallorca, invites a waiter to join the El Olivo, Miró, or Tramuntana Grill teams. You will deliver exemplary service and curate gastronomic experiences in a luxury setting, contributing to memorable guest moments.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fine dining or luxury hotels, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication skills. English proficiency (B2) is required; other languages are a plus. Staff housing and health benefits may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to create memorable moments and anticipate needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in similar positions in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge: Strong command of food and beverage service standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: B2 English, other languages would be an asset
• Attention to Detail: Acuity to identify details and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
