Mandarin Oriental in Madrid is seeking a food and beverage professional to ensure exceptional service and enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include understanding and explaining the outlet’s offerings, maintaining high service standards, and upselling products. Ideal candidates will be studying for a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and possess excellent customer service and bilingual skills in Spanish and English. A Spanish social security number is mandatory.

Formación

• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.
• Good command in Spanish & English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Must have a Spanish social security number.

Responsabilidades

• Explain the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings to guests.
• Ensure mise en place is completed and maintain equipment and utensils.
• Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
