Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at our beachfront property. Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will deliver attentive service, present dishes and beverages, and ensure guest delight.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality management degree, 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Have 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Experience in luxury hospitality is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Have a thorough understanding of the outlet’s concept and food & beverage offerings and be able to clearly communicate them to guests.
• Prepare mise en place for each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service, including polishing and assembling equipment.
• Deliver attentive, efficient, and personalized service by understanding and anticipating guest requirements.
• Properly present all dishes and beverages in line with hotel and outlet standards, and up-sell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Assist with stock handling, including linen, beverages, and other supplies, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Maintain outlet equipment and utensils in excellent condition through careful day-to-day handling and completion of side duties as assigned.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or special requests to management and kitchen colleagues, and keep product knowledge up to date.
