Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Help Waiter/Waitress to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team. You will support the outlet to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Based at the picturesque Puerto Portals location, you will work in a luxury setting that rewards teamwork, discretion, and a refined approach to service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Experience in luxury environments or high-standard hospitality is advantageous.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service protocols is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand the outlet concept and explain offerings to guests.
• Prepare and maintain mise en place for each shift.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
• Assist with up‑selling services and products to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure food and beverages are served per standards.
• Maintain outlet equipment and stock and carry out additional duties.
• Support stock replenishment including linen and beverages.
• Communicate preferences or allergies to management and kitchen.
