ALEIA in Barcelona is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our two Michelin-star kitchen, delivering precision and creative excellence in a demanding fine dining environment. You will work under the Head Chef, ensuring consistency and high standards across your section.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, international brigade, bringing passion for gastronomy, flawless organisation, and teamwork to support continued excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques.
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section during mise en place and service.
• Prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation.
• Ensure correct handling, storage and preparation of ingredients.
• Keep workstation clean, organised and efficient.
• Work closely with Head Chef and brigade.
• Support development of junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain high standards.
