Job summary

SAP is seeking to grow its Finance and Spend cloud sales organisation in Spain. You will lead Finance and Spend solution sales programmes across a defined territory, develop strategies aligned to CFO priorities, govern pipeline health, and drive bookings while delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals and expansions, and generate demand through CFO-level outreach, articulating value across conversations with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Spend solution sales programmes across a defined territory.
• Develop strategies aligned to CFO priorities and Finance transformation roadmaps.
• Govern pipeline health and drive booking performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to build pipeline and close Finance and Spend deals.
• Support renewals and expansions to grow customer lifetime value.
• Generate demand through CFO-level outreach.
• Articulate the Finance and Spend value proposition clearly across customer and partner conversations.
• Apply negotiation and competitive positioning skills at every opportunity.
• Bring AI value selling capabilities to every Finance and Spend customer conversation.
• Mentor Solution Sales Executives and guide cross-functional teams with commercial clarity.
