Naboo seeks a Finance Operations professional based in Barcelona to join our team. This full-time role (38 hours/week) involves ensuring accurate event invoicing, handling client and supplier inquiries, and supporting process improvements.

Occasional remote work is allowed, with a modern Barcelona office and MacBook provided. We require 2+ years in Finance/Billing Operations at a tech scale-up, fluency in English and French, and experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of our Finance Operations based in Barcelona. On a day to day basis you will:

• Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients

• Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments.

• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

• Manage cancellations and event postponements

• Participate in the improvement of internal processes

• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members

Compensation & Benefits

• Package : 30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up

• You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French)

• You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

• You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

• You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

• You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations
