Naboo is seeking a Billing Operations member in Barcelona to ensure accurate final amounts from suppliers and proper invoicing to clients. The role requires English and French fluency, and a Finance degree or ongoing Master’s coursework.

You’ll work with CRM tools and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Barcelona with EU work permit required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French; 50% of daily operations in French.
• Pursuing a degree or Master in Finance.
• Strong numerical skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier.
• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client.
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes.
• Participate in the improvement of internal processes.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of our Billing Operations team in Barcelona.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier

• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client

• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

• Participate in the improvement of internal processes

• Provide effective and clear and answers to clients and suppliers
