BIG Group is seeking a Finance Manager in Barcelona to lead the finance team and provide strategic support to management during a growth phase. The role combines accounting, tax and financial operations with a focus on speed, accuracy and rigor.

You will manage reporting cycles, ensure tax obligations are met, and align financial deliverables with business realities. The position offers a permanent contract with flexible hours and a hybrid Barcelona work setting.

Competenze

• Experience as Finance Manager or Head of Finance or Senior Financial Controller.
• Ability to start immediately and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in consulting or audit firms is a plus.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead, supervise and enhance the daily work of the current finance team, coordinating accounting, tax and finance across the BIG Group ecosystem. Ensure maximum speed in delivering reports, financial closes and tax obligations, managing departmental timelines with high speed and efficiency, and verifying that all deliverables reflect accurate information with the utmost technical rigor and alignment with business reality. Maintain the company's financial stability and ensure the smooth operation of the organization during this coverage period.

Требования:

Established experience in Finance Manager, Head of Finance or Senior Financial Controller roles, with proven experience leading teams. Strong organizational skills, results orientation and resilience to work to tight deadlines with a high level of rigor and speed. Ability to start immediately to take on the coverage role.
