Job summary

TD Synnex is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support the South Europe business. The role partners with stakeholders and finance teams to deliver reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will develop models, track bonuses, and provide insights to guide decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years in finance, and advanced Excel with Power Query/Power BI skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, bonus tracking, and performance analysis.
• Participate in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop financial models and forecasting tools for decision-making.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan.
• Monitor P&L, Balance Sheet and Headcount KPIs.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and provide data-driven insights.
• Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure deadlines.
• Collaborate with EMEA FP&A on projects and initiatives.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and finance teams, providing support on incentive and bonus programs, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis . The successful candidate will combine strong financial and accounting knowledge with advanced data analysis skills , helping the business make informed decisions through insightful reporting and planning activities.

• Participate actively in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and financial planning processes.

• Monitor key performance indicators across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Headcount metrics.

• Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure compliance with Finance calendar deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA FP&A team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and the development of reporting and planning tools.
