Qualifications

• Магистр в области финансов, учёта, экономики, бизнеса или инженерии.

Responsibilities

• Помощь в финансовом прогнозировании, бюджетировании, 13-недельных cash-фло и бизнес-планах.
• Построение KPI-дашбордов и ежемесячной отчетности (SaaS метрики, P&L, cash).
• Поддержка месячного закрытия: анализ проводок, вариаций и управленческий комментарий.
• Координация с клиентами, внешними бухгалтерами, банками и налоговыми консультантами.
• Работа с дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностью, управление cash.
• Поддержка внедрения финансовых инструментов и оптимизации процессов.
• Участие в fundraising и due diligence-потоках.
• Документация процессов и вклад во внутренние шаблоны.

Iter Advisors is a consulting firm offering Part-time & Fractional CFO services. Our clients are mainly startups and digital companies, from Seed to Series B. Founded in 2021, we have supported 85+ companies and are expanding our team in Spain. Iter Advisors is growing fast, with new clients and an expanding team across Europe. This is a first-class entry point into financial consulting. You will join our Spanish market team and work in tandem with a dedicated CFO and Partner, who will act as your direct referent.

Задачи:

• support on financial forecasting (including headcount), budgets, 13-week cash forecasts and business plan models
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and monthly reporting packs for client management teams (SaaS metrics, P&L, cash)
• Monthly closing support: review of accounting entries, variance analysis, preparation of management commentary
• Day-to-day coordination with clients’ internal teams, external accountants (gestorías), banks and tax advisors
• Accounts receivable and payable follow-up, and cash management
• Support on finance tooling and process improvement, including financial stack deployments (Pennylane and other tools)
• Contribute to fundraising and due diligence workstreams (data rooms, financial models, investor reporting)
• Document processes and contribute to Iter Advisors’ internal templates and standards

Требования:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Engineering (business school or university)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance role: audit, FP&A, controlling, accounting, transaction services, or a first experience in a consulting firm or fast-growing company. Internships and apprenticeships count
• Native or fluent Spanish, and professional-level English (written and spoken)
• You are comfortable using AI tools (Claude or similar) in your daily work, and keen to build new AI-supported workflows for the finance function, such as reporting, analysis, reconciliations or KPI tracking. You can walk us through a concrete example from a project, internship or personal use, and you handle client data with care.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of rigor
• Clear communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain numbers simply to founders and non-finance stakeholders
• Curiosity, a learning mindset, and the willingness to take initiative and work on multiple clients in parallel
• Comfortable in an international environment Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and of the Barcelona startup scene is a plus
