Qualifications

• Глубокие знания финансовых продуктов: портфолио, позиции, данные по эффективности.
• Сильная аналитическая база: разбор сложных наборов данных и поиск структурных решений.
• Исключительная внимательность к деталям; точность обязателен.
• Умение соблюдать сроки и управлять своей загрузкой, предупредлять blockers.
• Свободный английский для взаимодействия в международной команде.
• Плюсом будет знание испанского; французский приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Анализировать финансовые данные в условиях сложной доступности, выявлять дыры и предлагать решения.
• Классифицировать и загружать данные портфелей с акцентом на точность позиций и показателей.
• Сверять данные между источниками, обеспечивая согласованность и корректность.
• Обновлять внутренние инструменты управления финансовыми данными, отмечать участки для улучшения.
• Предлагать улучшения процессов на основе выявленных паттернов.

Our SaaS platform is designed to help banks, family offices, and wealth managers get a full picture of their clients' financial assets - all in one place. Founded in 2019 and based in Barcelona, we've brought together a team of passionate wealth management and tech pros, all with a shared goal: to change how wealth management is done.

• Analyse financial data in complex availability situations, identifying gaps and proposing clear, executable solutions.
• Classify and upload financial portfolio data with a focus on accuracy of positions and performance.
• Reconcile financial data across sources, ensuring consistency and correctness throughout the process.
• Review and update internal tools used for financial data management, flagging areas for improvement.
• Propose process improvements based on patterns and issues identified during day-to-day work.

Требования:

• Solid knowledge of financial products - you understand how portfolios, positions, and performance data work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data problems and find structured solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
• Reliable adherence to deadlines, with the ability to manage your own workload and flag blockers early.
• Fluent in English to collaborate effectively in our international team.
