Qualifications

• Степень в экономике, финансах, бухгалтерском учёте, коммерции или эквивалент. Общее стаж 5–10 лет, опыт аудита (желательно Big 4).
• Опыт владения закрытием месяца, управленческой отчётности, бюджетированием и анализом отклонений.
• Опыт мульти-валютного и мульти-юридического учёта (родительская компания и три дочерних).
• Опыт в управлении казначейством, налогами, зарплатой и соблюдении требований.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение повседневной финансовой деятельности: экспорт счетов, казначейство, налоги и payroll.
• Ведение полного цикла продаж: выставление счетов, отчеты по использованию, выручка, дебиторская и кредиторская задолженность, согласование выручки.
• Контроль учёта в нескольких юр./валютах через Xero/Spendesk.
• Руководство февральским/месячным закрытием и подготовкой управленческой отчётности и KPI.

Arbolus is the next-generation customer diligence platform, redefining how private equity investors and consultants access real, actionable, and differentiated customer insight on SaaS and technology companies. We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to be the operational backbone of our Finance team. Our Finance function today is a lean team of three: VP Finance, Group Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst.

Задачи:

• Own the day-to-day running of finance operations: Accounts Payable (including expert self-billing and supplier payments), treasury management, tax and payroll
• Own the full sales cycle: customer invoicing, usage reporting, deferred revenue, credit control (through Chaser) and revenue reconciliation
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable bookkeeping across our multi-entity, multi-currency group (Xero / Spendesk)
• Lead the month-end close and monthly management reporting, including KPIs and the Finance Monthly Review Deck
• Drive controlling: budgeting, variance analysis and cost control
• Support the VP Finance on finance strategy, in particular cash forecasting and business planning. This includes working with Account Management and New Business Sales to forecast the timing of renewals and new sales
• Implement automation and "agentification" of finance processes, and keep improving accuracy, efficiency and cost across the function
• Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit, acting as the main point of contact for external auditors
• Ensure statutory compliance across the group
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Lead and coach the team

Требования:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent 5–10 years of total experience, including audit experience ideally at a Big 4 firm
• Proven experience owning month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting (we have a parent company and three subsidiaries)
• Experience with treasury, tax, payroll, and statutory compliance
• A track record of driving process improvement and automation, with a strong interest in AI and agent-based tools
• Experience managing or coaching team members
• Excellent written and spoken English
