Qualifikationen

• Опыт работы на посту финансового менеджера/финансового контролера либо финансового аналитика в финтех, стартапе или финансовых услугах.

• Навыки построения финансовых моделей, бюджетов и бизнес-планов.
• Знание ключевых метрик финтех-бизнеса (CAC, LTV, Cohorts, AuM и пр.).
• Свободное владение Excel и PowerPoint; опыт BI-инструментов.

• Ведение внутреннего учёта и ежемесячного закрытия учета.
• Контроль и сверка денежных потоков компании.
• Подготовка ежемесячной финансовой и выручочной отчётности.
• Анализ эффективности инвестиционных стратегий компании.
• Руководство ежемесячной отчётностью по бизнес-плану.
• Обслуживание финансовой модели по мере роста бизнеса.
• Управление платежами поставщиков и заработной платой.
• Подготовка и подача налоговых обязательств.
• Подготовка финансовой отчётности для Совета директоров и руководства.
• Руководство годовым закрытием и внешними аудитами; участие в регуляторных процессах.

Through our app, users earn competitive returns on their money, generated by a network of carefully selected investment partners. All the returns we offer come from overcollateralized strategies: the capital we deploy with our partners is backed by collateral of greater value, allowing us to offer attractive returns while keeping risk under control.

Задачи:

• Handle internal accounting and the monthly accounting close
• Supervise and reconcile the company's cash position
• Prepare monthly financial and revenue reporting
• Track the performance of the company's investment strategies
• Lead the monthly close and tracking of the Business Plan
• Maintain and improve the company's financial model as the business grows
• Manage supplier payments and payroll
• Prepare and file the company's tax obligations
• Prepare financial reporting for the Board of Directors and the C-level
• Lead the annual close and external audits, and provide support in regulatory processes

Требования:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Financial Analyst, ideally in a fintech, startup or financial services environment
• Strong practical knowledge of Spanish accounting, closing processes, auditing and taxation
• Experience building and maintaining financial models, budgets and business plans
• Knowledge of the main business metrics of a fintech (unit economics, KPIs, CAC, LTV, cohorts, AuM…)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with BI tools
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, able to manage recurring deadlines with complete autonomy and accountability
