Job summary

NATEEVO is seeking a Digital Project Manager to shape digital strategy and execute across banking platforms from our Barcelona office. You will lead the backlog, own the roadmap, and coordinate data, UX/UI, design teams, and external partners to deliver value.

With 2–4 years of similar experience and fluency in Catalan and English, you will drive user experience improvements while ensuring alignment between business, technology, and design. This permanent hybrid role offers growth and benefits.

We continue to grow! As a Digital Project Manager in our office at NATEEVO, you will be able to contribute your experience in digital environments and combine your strategic vision with your ability to execute, leading the evolution of different platforms and products within the banking sector.

• You will define and execute the digital strategy for different platforms and products
• You will manage and prioritize the backlog according to business objectives
• You will lead the roadmap and coordinate the launch of new features and enhancements
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary data, UX/UI, and design teams, as well as external partners
• You will act as the link between business, technology, and design, ensuring alignment across all teams
• You will drive the continuous improvement of the platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize the user experience, content, and performance
• You will analyze KPIs and prepare strategic recommendations to support decision-making
• You will manage dependencies, risks, and schedules across different initiatives running in parallel
