Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join the Arrow ECS Spain team.

You will work from our Madrid office in a hybrid model, managing assigned accounts across Spain and building strong relationships with resellers and vendors. The role focuses on growing cybersecurity, cloud and data center solutions, developing strategic plans, and coordinating opportunity development with customers.

Formación

• Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud and data center solutions in a B2B context.
• Strong communication and sales skills are required.
• Native Spanish and English at least B2 level.
• Self-motivated with ownership of the sales cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Define markets in the assigned territory and plan strategies to build relationships.
• Develop partners and grow the Arrow Solutions ecosystem with brands and billing.
• Present strategic plans and steps to grow sales and improve customer service.
• Coordinate opportunity development with existing customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and vendor portfolios.

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain. You will work from our office located in Madrid in a hybrid work model.

As a Field Sales Representative at Arrow, you will work with assigned accounts from all territory in Spain. You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within your accounts. The focus is to develop mid-market resellers and build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

What will you do?

• Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling,
• Develop a number of selected partners making them grow in the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both, brands and billing
• Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service,
• Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers,
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors’ portfolio.

Who are you?

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B,
• Strong communication and sales skills,
• Native in Spanish and English B2
• Self-motivated and takes sales cycle ownership,
• Have interest in sales, IT solutions and you’re number oriented.
