Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to join Arrow ECS Spain in Madrid in a hybrid work model. You will work with assigned accounts across Spain, building relationships with customers and vendors while identifying new opportunities within mid-market resellers.

You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships, growing the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, and driving strategic plans to increase sales and customer service. Fluency in Spanish and English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; English at least B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
• Develop a number of selected partners making them grow in the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both, brands and billing
• Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service
• Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors’ portfolio.

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain. You will work from our office located in Madrid in a hybrid work model.

As a Field Sales Associate at Arrow, you will work with assigned accounts from all territory in Spain**.
** You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within your accounts. The focus is to develop mid‑market resellers and build long‑lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

What will you do?

Who are you?

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B,

• Have interest in sales, IT solutions and you’re number oriented.
