Job summary

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Alcobendas, Spain, is seeking a Presales Engineer to work with sales to promote vendor products, deliver tailored demos, and provide technical guidance to customers.

You'll deliver trainings and webinars, participate in technology fairs, and help build BOMs and solution briefs. Requirements include 1–5 years as a presales engineer, fluent Spanish and English, and a strong customer focus plus a passion to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience as a presales engineer.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills
• Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
• Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload
• A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn!

Responsibilities

• Providing technical knowledge and expertise
• Supporting the business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy
• Delivering training and workshops for our customers
• Continuously learning on the latest technologies (you will obtain vendor's certifications!)
