Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Field IT Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across our sites in Spain. You will maintain hardware, software, and network systems, perform routine checks, patching, and updates, and coordinate with central IT teams to ensure service levels and business continuity.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Windows/AD and networking knowledge, familiarity with ServiceNow and remote support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or field support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access.
• Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level support or specialized teams.
