Job summary

DFDS Spain seeks an IT Support Engineer to join a multinational team supporting the Company’s computer and telephony systems. You will provide first- and second-line IT support, install PCs, document service desk calls, and assist across sites and vessels, including on-call Severity 1 incidents.

The role requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix, and LAN Patching, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, DNS, Active Directory, LAN Patching, and Citrix.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to users of the Company’s computer and telephony systems.
• Log and document service desk calls to facilitate resolution of queries.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals, and deploy/ redeploy equipment.
• Attend other sites and vessels to provide IT support as required, including on-site assistance.
