TeleSolv Consulting, LLC seeks a Facilities Operations Specialist to lead maintenance programs and ensure costed, compliant facility management for federal projects. The role requires coordination across contracts, budgets, and MRO data, with strong integration into enterprise systems.

The candidate will prepare SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs and support monthly reporting, with a focus on securing efficient sustainment and timely project delivery in a government setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and repair contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide acquisition support including SOWs, PWS, IGCEs, market research, and alternatives analysis.
• Support funding management and budget tracking in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly M&R reports detailing cost, scope, and status.
• Maintain facility MRO data and contract/operational records.
• Assist sustainment planning via data trending and execution planning.
• Monitor maintenance work and help develop repair solutions.
• Coordinate with managers, supervisors, PMs, and finance to meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint and federal systems; assist spend plan analysis.
