CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning. You will oversee daily activities, manage escalations, arrange maintenance, and drive efficiency through data-driven reports while maintaining CBRE’s service standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of office software and processes.
• Excellent organizational and numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and track work orders.
