CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This on-site role belongs to the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

The role emphasizes supervising daily activities, setting schedules, managing vendor relations, and driving efficiency while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
• Establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Cross-train staff.
• Serve as point of contact for landlord/tenants/service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
• Evaluate new vendors and compare costs.
• Manage facility expenses and budgets.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
