Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking an F&B Operations Trainee to join the Food & Beverage Department. Based at our iconic hotel on Passeig de Gràcia, the trainee will support Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Bar, Banqueting, and Sommelier operations while learning daily procedures and service standards.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and Outlet Managers, you will welcome guests, learn menus, assist with set‑ups, stock, and guest interactions.
