Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking an HR Trainee for a six-month placement within the People & Culture Department. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, internal communications, and general administrative processes.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager People & Culture, you will collaborate with the team to support colleagues, facilitate onboarding sessions, manage documentation, and contribute to learning initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily People & Culture operations, engagement and onboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
• Support training coordination and learning activities.
• Prepare onboarding folders and documentation for new joiners.
• Respond to inquiries and support trainee integration.
• Support health & safety administration and risk records.
