Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month internship to support the People & Culture team in daily operations, onboarding, recruitment, training coordination, internal communications, and administrative processes. You will report to the Assistant Manager People & Culture and collaborate with the broader team.

Requirements include strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee communications across the hotel.
• Assist onboarding sessions and welcome presentations for new joiners.

• Prepare onboarding folders and documentation for new colleagues and trainees.
• Support learning and development activities and training coordination.
• Assist with health & safety administration and risk management records.
