Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Barcelona is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month internship commencing in February. You will support the People & Culture team with onboarding, communication, recruitment coordination, and training logistics within a luxury hospitality environment.

Join a multicultural team and gain hands-on experience across engagement, documentation, and employee relations while developing professional skills in HR and hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently qualified in HR, hospitality, psychology, or business.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with discretion.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily People & Culture operations and onboarding.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interviews, and follow-up.
• Coordinate training rooms, materials and onboarding sessions.
• Prepare welcome folders and trainee certificates.
• Maintain internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
