Job summary

Donaldson Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract based in Terrassa, Barcelona. In this role, you will manage purchasing orders and build relationships to aid sales growth in the Export region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and administrative skills, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and must be fluent in English. A hybrid working model is offered, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Fluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of export procedures and incoterms.

• Process and monitor customers' purchasing orders.
