Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, near Barcelona. You will manage customer purchase orders and build strong relationships with assigned accounts while supporting business growth across the Export region.

The role offers a permanent position with a hybrid work model (3 days remote per week), flexible hours, meal allowance, and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, export documents, payment terms, and CRM is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of Turkish would be a strong asset.
• Ability to multitask and to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers’ purchase orders.
• Provide delivery commitment and follow-up on order activity for assigned customers.
• Offer administrative support for the assigned customers.
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and returns of materials.
• Handle customer inquiries on pricing, lead-times, products, and availability.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and production.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth across the Export region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers’ purchasing orders
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships
• Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities

Relevant Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, export documents, payment terms and CRM are an asset
• Fluent level of English is required; knowledge of Turkish would be a strong asset
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes
• Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player
