You will provide executive and operational support to senior leaders, manage calendars, travel, meetings, and key activities to keep the leadership aligned with strategic priorities.

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or additional languages an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the IDT Leadership Team and senior leaders across the global organization.
• Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and manage international travel.
• Lead meeting and event coordination, prepare agendas and materials, capture minutes.
