Straumann Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced logistics professional to own end-to-end transportation and distribution for Ortho products. You will coordinate with carriers, plants, customer care, customs, and procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, international experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a matrix environment. English fluency is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong experience balancing strategic ownership with hands-on carrier management and KPI tracking.
• Exposure to customs and international shipment flows; courier network experience is a plus.
• Experience driving process improvement and governance in complex environments.
• Strong Excel skills with dashboards and shipment visibility tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main logistics partner for Ortho and own end-to-end transportation and distribution.
• Own courier OTIF, lead time, and logistics cost performance through analysis.
• Coordinate with LCT and stakeholders across carriers, plants, customer care, customs, procurement, and local teams.
• Manage customs and trade-related issues with timely documentation and closure.
• Review service provider performance and participate in QBRs; partner on improvements.
• Ensure billing, invoicing, claims, ticket follow-up, and contractual terms are managed.
• Lead or support logistics workstreams and contingency planning.
• Strengthen governance and standardize ways of working across Ortho logistics.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Care, subsidiaries, and wider Ortho network to resolve issues.
• Align with GLD and adjacent supply chain teams while keeping logistics core.
